* ﺗﻘﺸﺮ ﺍﻟﺒﻄﺎﻃﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺇﺳﺘﻮﺍﺋﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﻘﻄﻊ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺷﺮﺍﺋﺢ ﺩﺍﺋﺮﻳﺔ ﺭﻓﻴﻌﺔ ﻭﺗﻮﺿﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻭﻋﺎﺀ ﻭﻳﻀﺎﻑ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻜﻌﺐ ﺍﻟﺨﻀﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﺍﺏ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺗﺮ.
* ﺛﻢ ﻳﻀﺎﻑ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻠﻔﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺰﻳﺖ ﻭﻛﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺗﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﻀﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﻄﻌﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺘﺎﻟﻲ.
* ﺛﻢ ﺗﺨﻠﻂ ﺟﻴﺪﺍ ﻭﺗﺘﺮﻙ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ 5 ﺩﻗﺎﺋﻖ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ ﺗﺨﻠﻂ ﻣﺮﺓ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﺛﻢ ﺗﻘﺪﻡ ﻭﺗﺄﻛﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﻨﺔ ﻭﺻﺤﺘﻴﻦ.
