Translate the following passage into Arabic :

money cannot be the only reason for women who want to go out to work . bringing up a young family , with a child or two and looking after a home , are often full – time jobs . but as the children get older and as they join school ,the work of the house hold becomes less demanding . the housewife finds herself then with less and less to do . the work that she has enjoyed doing as a young housewife and mother becomes routine and boring . taking a job outside of the home gives her a chance to meet new people and to keep in touch with outside events and interests . this offers her enjoyment and interest .

it may also enable a women to take advantage of qualifications and training that she has been unable to use while her family was growing up . all too often , a highly qualified woman is only able to work for a few years before the demands of looking after a young family take her from employment . the tendency of professional women to return to work after starting a family means that her skills are made available once again . the resulting increase in the number of working women surely has a profound effect on the nations economy .

1- يعد استخدام الحيوانات في البحوث العلمية جزءا لا يتجزأ من مجتمع اليوم ، خصوصا إذا ذكرنا مدي التقدم الذي أحرزناه في صحة الإنسان باستخدام حيوانات التجارب .

2- التليفون المحمول هو احد أهم الاختراعات التكنولوجية الحديثة التي أحدثت ثورة في عالم الاتصال ، فمن أهم فوائده أن جعل من الكرة الأرضية الشاسعة قرية صغيرة ، حيث يستطيع أي شخص في أي بلد أن يتواصل بالصوت والصورة مع شخص آخر في قارة أخري .

لا يمكن أن يكون الحصول علي المال هو السبب الرئيسي الذي تريد المرأة عند الخروج لمجال العمل ، حيث أن تنشأة أسرة صغيرة بها طفل أو طفلان ، والاهتمام بالمنزل عادة ما يأخذ كل وقت المرأة ولكن عندما يكبر الأطفال يلتحقون بالمدارس يقل ضغط العمل المنزلي علي المرأة وتجد الزوجة أن لديها وقت فراغ ويصبح العمل الذي كانت تؤديه داخل المنزل كزوجة صغيرة في السن يصبح روتينيا مملا ويوفر لها الحصول علي فرصة عمل " وظيفة " فرصة التعرف علي أشخاص لم تكن تعرفهم وأن تكون علي صلة بالأحداث خارج نطاق المنزل مما يوفر لها المتعة والتشويق كما قد يساعدها العمل أيضا علي أن تستفيد مما لديها من دراسات وإمكانيات لم تكن تستطيع الإفادة منها أثناء عنايتها بأطفالها الصغار وفي أغلب الأحيان نجد أن المرأة التي تتمتع بكفاءة عالية تدخل مجال العمل لسنوات قليلة قبل أن تأخذها العناية بأسرتها من العمل .
ويعتبر ميل المرأة التي تتمتع بحرفية في مجالها للعودة إلي العمل بعد الزواج مؤشرا علي أن مهاراتها من الممكن أن يستفيد منها المجتمع مرة أخري . إن العدد المتزايد في أعداد المرأة العاملة له بالطبع أثر عميق علي اقتصاد الدولة .

1- using animals in scientific research is an inseparable part of today’s life , specially if we mention the great progress we have achieved concerning human health by using laboratory animals .

2- the cell phone is one of the most modern technological inventions that had made a revolution in communication world . one of its most important benefits is that it turned the vast globe into a small village , as it enables a person in another continent as they can both hear and see each other .

Mohammed abdel – raouf Arafat al – qudwa al- hussaeini was born on 24 august 1929 in Cairo . his father a textile merchant who was a Palestinian with some Egyptian ancestry . his mother was from an old Palestinian family in Jerusalem she died when yasir as he was called was five years old , and he was sent to live with his maternal uncle in Jerusalem the capital of Palestine then under the British rule which the Palestinians were opposing he has revealed little about his child hood but one of his earliest memories is of British soldiers breaking into his uncle s house after midnight , beating members of the family and smashing furniture .

ولد محمد عبد الرؤوف عرفان القدوة الحسيني في الرابع والعشرين من اغسطس 1929 في القاهرة وكان والده الذي كان يعمل تاجرا في المنسوجات فلسطيني الاصل ذو اسلاف مصرية وكانت والدته من عائلة فلسطينية عريقة من مدينة القدس وتوفيت عندما بلغ ياسر، هكذا كانوا يطلقون عليه ، الخامسة من عمره فذهب إلي مدينة القدس ليعيش " ليقيم " مع خاله في العاصمة الفلسطينية ثم بعد ذلك تحت الحكم البريطاني الذي كان يقاومه الفلسطينيون وقد كشف القليل عن طفولته ولكن احدي ذكرياته الاولي كانت عندما اقتحم الجنود البريطانيون منزل خاله بعد منتصف الليل وقاموا بضرب بعض أفراد الأسرة وحطموا أثاث المنزل

Translate the following passage into Arabic
A common question that language learners often ask is : how many words there are in the English language .almost as common are questions about the average size of a persons vocabulary . these questions look easy , they are indeed easy to ask , but they are almost impossible to answer satisfactorily , because they all depends on what you mean by the word : “word “ what we mean by “word “ sound obvious but it is not for a verb like “ climb” the rules of English allow you to generate the forms climbs ,climbed , climbable and climbing . are all these different words or do you collect them all together under “ climb” ? this is not a trivial question .this can be proved by looking at half a dozen current dictionaries. you will not find two that agree on what to list . almost every word in the language has inflected forms , separate meanings and compound forms . to take a famous case , the entry for the word : “ set “ in the oxford English dictionary extends to 60.000words . the noun alone has 47 separate meanings .are all these different words ? the biggest dictionary of them has more than 400.000 entries – do you count them all as words? and what about informal and formal names of living things ? can you now see why estimating the total number of words in the English language and in a persons vocabulary is so difficult , and why this differs so much from one to another ? David crystal described a simple research project and concludes that the average for a college graduate might be 60.000 active words and 75.000 passive ones .

يوجد سؤال شائع بين دارسي اللغة وهو : كم عدد كلمات اللغة الإنجليزية ، وينتشر مثل هذا السؤال أسئلة أخري تتعلق بمتوسط حجم المخزون اللغوي لدي فرد ما . وتبدو هذه الأسئلة سهلة حيث أنه من السهل حقا أن يسألها أي شخص ولكن يصعب وبشدة الإجابة عنها بإجابات شافية مقنعة لان ذلك يعتمد علي ما تقصده بكلمة " كلمة "
ما نعنيه بكلمة " كلمة " يبدو أنه واضح ولكنه ليس كذلك .
إذ أن أحد الأفعال مثل : " يتسلق " ، نجد أن قواعد اللغة الإنجليزية تتيح لك أن تستخرج منه أشكالا أخري مثل : " تتسلق " من الممكن تسلقه ، التسلق . هل كل هذه الكلمات تختلف عن بعضها البعض ، أم انك تجمعها جميعا تحت الفعل " يتسلق " ؟ إن هذا ليس سؤالا تافها . حيث يمكننا إثبات جدية هذا السؤال بالنظر إلي مجموعة من المعاجم الحديثة ، حيث أننا لا نجد معجمين يتفقان معا . ونجد أن كل كلمة في اللغة الإنجليزية تقريبا لها أشكالا مختلفة ومعاني مختلفة وأيضا بنية مركبة . ولنأخذ علي سبيل المثال مادة كلمة set في معجم أكسفورد حيث نجد لها ستين ألف كلمة . والاسم منها وحده لديه 47 معني مختلفا هل كل هذه الكلمات مختلفة عن بعضها البعض . إن أضخم قاموس به أكثر من 400.000 مادة فهل نقول إنها أربعون ألف كلمة ؟ وماذا نقول عن الأسماء العامية وغير العامية للكائنات الحية ؟ هل تري الآن مدي صعوبة تقدير إجمالي عدد كلمات اللغة الإنجليزية وإجمالي ما لدي أي شخص من مخزون لغوي ؟ ولماذا يختلف هذا كثيرا من شخص لآخر ؟ ويصف لنا ديفيد كريستال ، احد مشروعات الأبحاث البسيطة ويصل منه إلي نتيجة أن المتوسط لدي الخريج الجامعي من كلمات اللغة قد يكون 60 ألفا من الكلمات الفعالة و75 ألفا من الكلمات غير الفعالة .
